Air Medical Group Holdings (AMGH), a leading air medical transport company, has signed a purchase agreement to acquire Seven Bar Aviation, LLC (SBA).
Air Medical Group Holdings (AMGH), a leading air medical transport company, has signed a purchase agreement to acquire Seven Bar Aviation, LLC (SBA), a privately-held air medical operator offering fixed and rotor wing services to a broad array of leading healthcare organizations throughout the nation. SevenBar Aviation will closely align with Med-Trans Corporation and the transaction is expected to close soon.
SevenBar Aviation has grown its geographic footprint significantly over the last seven decades and has a fleet of nine jet and turboprop airplanes, in addition to six helicopters. The company is headquartered in Dallas, Texas, with nearly 100 employees and currently has bases in New Mexico, Texas, Maine, Massachusetts, Virginia, and North Carolina.
