The multistate procession marks the countdown to the National EMS Memorial Service and Weekend of Honor.
The National EMS Memorial Service (NEMSMS), the National EMS Memorial Bike Ride (NEMSMBR) and Global Medical Response (GMR) invite you to attend the 2022 opening ceremony for the National EMS Memorial Service and Weekend of Honor Moving Honors procession, Monday, July 11, 2022, at 10 a.m. All media outlets are welcome.
The multistate procession marks the countdown to the National EMS Memorial Service and Weekend of Honor, which recognizes EMS first responders who have died in the line of duty.
What: National EMS Memorial Moving Honors procession opening ceremony
When: July 11, 2022, 10-11 a.m.
Where: Global Medical Response, 4400 Hwy 121, Suite 700, Lewisville, TX 75056
Who: The National EMS Memorial Service (NEMSMS), the National EMS Memorial Bike Ride (NEMSMBR) and Global Medical Response (GMR)
Why: In recognition of more than 72 EMS first responders who have died in the line of duty.
Visuals: Wrapped ambulance vehicle, memorial artwork, EMS personnel, GMR Honor Guard
Additional Information: A media power box will be made available during the ceremony. Representatives will be available for interviews immediately following the ceremony.
