Melissa McCaslin has been a valuable part of the EMS industry for more than 18 years. Her journey into the EMS industry began at the age of 19, straight out of high school, making EMS her very first real job.

Over the years, Melissa has held various positions, showcasing her versatility and dedication. Melissa has served as a paramedic, flight paramedic, base medical manager and now currently serves as the operation manager for Wichita, KS. Her dedication and determination to make a positive impact in the lives of others set the foundation for an exceptional career in emergency medical services.
