Heather Keller

Meet Heather Keller, a dedicated and compassionate member of the GMR team for more than six-and-a-half years! Heather discovered her passion for EMS while helping to film a CPR video and has since dedicated her career to helping others and making a positive impact in people's lives.

When she started as an EMT, Heather worked to advance her skills and knowledge, and eventually held positions as a critical care transport (CCT) paramedic, lead field training officer (FTO) and human resource (HR) coordinator. Currently, she’s a human resource (HR) generalist. The unique challenges faced in the field as a first responder helped Heather grow as a professional and have given her the ability to better understand and support her fellow teammates.
