James Menor

James Menor has dedicated more than 14 years of his career in emergency medical services (EMS) to GMR. His journey began with a strong influence from his mother, a nurse, whose passion for patient care and helping others left a lasting impression on him.

Starting as a paramedic, James has made significant strides in his career, progressing to roles such as critical care paramedic, field training officer, clinical education specialist, recruiting coordinator, recruiter and recruiting manager. He now serves as the director of talent acquisition.

Although no longer in the field, James continues to feel a strong sense of purpose. Leading the Talent Acquisition Team to identify and recruit the right individuals for each role contributes significantly to GMR's ability to provide timely care to those in need.

James invites aspiring individuals to apply and engage in conversations about the countless stories of growth and opportunity that GMR has to offer. He is proud to be part of the remarkable journey and development of the organization.
