Scott Lenn

Meet Scott Lenn, vice president of operations for the South Region at GMR, who has dedicated 42 years of service to the company. Scott’s journey with GMR began when his passion for helping others as a volunteer firefighter led him to a career in EMS.

Throughout his time with GMR, Scott has held various positions within the company, including EMT, dispatcher, director of dispatch, assistant director of operations, operations manager, general manager and regional director, before landing his current role as vice president of operations for the South Region. Scott’s diverse experience has given him an in-depth understanding of the company’s operations and the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues.

Early in his career, Scott learned the valuable skills that he continues to use today, including seeking new learning opportunities, building meaningful relationships and the wisdom to seek guidance when necessary. Scott’s advice to anyone interested in a career in EMS with GMR is to take advantage of every opportunity to expand your knowledge, foster relationships and gain a deeper understanding of how the business operates.
