Innovative new-hire training modules developed by Access2Care have been awarded two Brandon Hall Group Excellence Awards
Access2Care (A2C) has been awarded two Brandon Hall Group™ Excellence awards - Best Advance in Competencies and Skill Development and Best Use of Games or Simulations for Learning. These awards recognize A2C’s newly developed asynchronous training modules on the call management system.
A2C’s member-services training modules allow trainees to process calls through the call management system in an interactive simulation, providing hands-on practice that was previously unavailable outside of the work equipment. The various modules walk learners through system navigation, customer service and company policies. This new way of training provides a level of consistency and rigor that allows trainees to move into production with a deeper knowledge base and the confidence needed to excel as agents.
“It is an honor to be selected for these prestigious awards,” says Laura Saenz, national director for Access2Care. “Our team continues to strive for excellence in innovative patient care, and we are proud to create new materials that provide benefit to the industry as a whole.”
Brandon Hall Group is the only professional development company that offers data, research, insights and certification to learning and talent executives and organizations. The Brandon Hall Group Awards recognize the best organizations that have successfully developed and deployed programs, strategies, modalities, processes, systems and tools that have achieved measurable results. The award for Best Advance in Competencies and Skill Development is for the creation of workplace-development programs designed to support a competency and/or skill development need within an organization. The award for Best Use of Games or Simulations is for a workplace-learning program that includes gaming components and simulation models that illustrate real-world experience.
