Director of Air Clinical Operations Jenn Liebman was recognized for her dedicated work with ESGR and support for employees who are active Guard and Reserve Service members.
Military reservists play a crucial role in defending our nation while also maintaining their civilian careers. These individuals are required to fulfill their military duties, which can include training exercises, deployments, and other service-related commitments, while maintaining their civilian careers. The Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR) recognizes employers who understand and accommodate the unique needs of these individuals.
The Texas division of the ESGR has presented Guardian Flight (Guardian) Director of Air Clinical Operations Jenn Liebman with its “Seven Seals” award. This special award is presented to recognize significant individual or organizational achievements that promote and support the ESGR mission.
Jenn Liebman has been with Global Medical Response (GMR), the parent company for Guardian, for eight years. Previously winning the Texas ESGR Patriot Award in 2023, Liebman was nominated by Guardian Flight Nurse Peter Sunden in response to her dedicated work with ESGR and unwavering support for employees who are active Guard and Reserve Service members.
“From accommodating extended trainings to advocating for my success within Guardian, Jenn has consistently supported me as a Navy Reservist,” said Guardian Flight Nurse Peter Sunden.
Guardian Flight proudly supports our veterans and active service members, recognizing the unique skillset these members bring to the EMS industry.
“Guardian Flight actively hires and promotes US Military Veterans and Reservists as pilots, positions in operations and quality and maintenance,” said Jennifer Fletcher, National Vice President of Clinical Operations. “Jenn is an outstanding example of how Guardian keenly understands that our team members who are still actively serving at times require special accommodations.”
