Cindy Jones

In 1983, Cindy Jones joined Rural Metro Fire as a contractor. Little did she know that now, 40 years later, what started out as a temporary role would turn into a career that would be filled with numerous accomplishments, evolving roles and remarkable industry growth.

Starting as a customer service representative, Cindy eventually became a lead customer service representative, department supervisor, and now the national manager of fire membership. Her dedication and passion have made her Rural Metro’s longest-tenured employee.

Cindy's passion for selling memberships to communities is not so much about extending support and protection to more individuals and families as it is about creating safer and stronger communities. Her genuine care and dedication shine through as she builds meaningful relationships that reflect the services provided by Rural Metro Fire.
