Paul has served as an emergency medical technician (EMT), paramedic, field training officer, instructor and now thrives as a flight paramedic. Throughout his experience in EMS, he has gained invaluable insight into the significance of empathy and maintaining a composed demeanor to facilitate clear thinking and adept management of unforeseeable circumstances. Paul emphasizes the significance of approaching each situation with kindness and understanding, acknowledging the unique challenges individuals encounter.
